Looking after your mental wellbeing is just as important as your physical health. East Village residents have access to a range of local and NHS services for mental health support, including talking therapies, crisis care, and community resources.
  • Speak to your GP for advice, referrals, and support with mental health concerns.
  • NHS Talking Therapies: Free, confidential counselling and therapy services for stress, anxiety, and depression. Self-referral is available online.
  • Mind in Tower Hamlets & Newham: Local charity offering advice, peer support, and practical help. Website

  • CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably): Support for anyone feeling down or struggling, especially men. Call 0800 58 58 58 (5pm–midnight) or visit thecalmzone.net.
